Meet the Nutrition Coach, Pharyne
Pharyne is a Registered Nutrition and Health Coach with a BSc. in Nutrition and Food Sciences, passionate about helping people feel their best through balanced, sustainable habits. She’s a wellness enthusiast and continual learner who loves sharing practical, real-life strategies with her clients. When she’s not coaching, you can find her out for a run, browsing grocery stores and farmers markets, or soaking up quality time with her loved ones.

“I’m extremely active, balancing running, weight training, multiple sports each week, a full-time job, and two young kids.
